Article 1 : Object
The purpose of this End-user license agreement (EULA) is to set the terms and conditions for access and connection to the website by the User.
Article 2 : Definitions
Under the terms of the EULA, we understand by :
"Username and password": all the information necessary for the identification of a User on the Website. The identifier and password allow the User to access services reserved for members of the Website, and to subscribe to the services offered. The password is confidential.
"Privacy Policy": all the means implemented for the collection and conservation of personal and confidential information.
"Service" or "Services": all services offered on the Website and/or used by the User via the Website.

Article 5 : Access and connection
The Website is accessible via the Internet network after authentication of the User. It is reminded that the internet is an open and informal network, constituted by the interconnection on an international scale of computer networks.
The management of the Internet is not subject to any central entity and each portion of this network belongs to an independent public or private organization. Its operation is therefore based on cooperation between the operators of the various networks, without any obligation to supply or quality of supply between operators.
The networks may have unequal transmission capacities and their own usage policies. No one can guarantee the proper functioning of the Internet as a whole.
Auto24.ci will use all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the services available on the Site. However, being bound by an obligation of means, Auto24.ci cannot undertake to provide such quality access to the services available on the Site in the event that Auto24.ci is limited by circumstances beyond its control.
Accordingly, Auto24.ci assumes no responsibility or guarantee for any malfunctioning of the Internet and/or the services available on the Site (delay in transmissions or any other malfunction).
Auto24.ci may suspend, interrupt or modify the User's access to the Site at any time, temporarily or otherwise, in the event of
- Violation of these EULA by the User, without prejudice to any other rights and actions in favor of Auto24.ci;
- Technical problems related to the infrastructure put in place for the online availability and operation of the Site;
- Maintenance of the Website.
In addition, Auto24.ci shall, as far as possible, inform the User from the moment it becomes aware of any interruption, suspension or modification due to maintenance by a third party supplier, or for any other reason.

Article 6: Intellectual Property
Auto24.ci inform Users that the trademarks, logos, signs, and any other content of the Site:

- Are protected by the texts applicable to the protection of drawings and models: this can be in particular the models of vehicles appearing on the Site;
- Are protected by the texts applicable to the protection of trademarks and trade names.
The trademarks, logos, signs and all other content protected in this way are the property of Auto24.ci, its subsidiaries or third parties having authorized them to use them.
Consequently, any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation or marketing, whether in part or in full, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Auto24. ci, subject to the exceptions referred to in the Agreement revising the Bangui Agreement of March 02, 1977 establishing an African intellectual property organization, under penalty of constituting an infringement of copyright and / or designs and / or trademark and trade name, provided by Articles 138 and following of the Ivorian law No. 2016-555 of July 26, 2016 on copyright and related rights.
The trademarks of the software that may be displayed on the Website are the respective property of the companies operating them, and they may not be exploited without the prior written consent of the owner of said trademarks. These software programs are protected by copyright and require the conclusion of a license agreement directly between their owner and the User.
Article 7: Protection of personal data
The consultation of the Site is possible without the User having necessarily to reveal his identity or any other personal data concerning him with regard to the law n°2013-450 of June 19, 2013 relating to the protection of personal data.
However, when personal data is communicated by the User, Auto24.ci undertakes to ensure its protection in accordance with the provisions in force.
Article 8: Cookies
A cookie is a small text sent by the Site to the User's browser and stored on the User's computer. It is used to record data relating to the navigation of the computer on the Site and to propose personalized information by allowing the server to identify the User.

Article 10: Security
The User undertakes, when using the Website, not to carry out any manipulation likely to cause viruses and computer breakdowns, functional or of any kind that could affect the operation of the Site or any server or service accessible through the Site.
The User undertakes to make available, in the space constituted by the Site, only reliable information, data, documents, files, harmless and not likely to affect the operation of the Site or any server or service accessible through the Site.
The use that will be made of the Site or of any server or service accessible through the Site:
- Must respect the national and international laws in force, as well as the rights of third parties;
- Must not harm the image of Auto24.ci in any way or form whatsoever.
The User shall indemnify Auto24.ci against all claims by third parties in connection with the content of the information made available by the User on the Website, in particular those resulting from an infringement of personal rights, intellectual property rights, public order, public morality, privacy or criminal law. In the event of failure to do so, the User shall fully indemnify Auto24.ci for all costs, charges and expenses that may be incurred as a result, including the reasonable fees and expenses of Auto24.ci's consultants.
Article 11: Limitation of liability
Auto24.ci shall take the necessary control measures to ensure the security of the Website. However, the User uses the Site under his or her sole and exclusive responsibility.
Auto24.ci shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, such as, in particular, material damage, loss of data or programs, or financial damage, resulting from the use of the Site or of sites linked to it.
Auto24.ci shall not be liable for:
- Failures, errors or delays attributable to the User.
- The instability of telecommunications networks and data transmission problems attributable to operators.
Auto24.ci draws the User's attention to the fact that certain vehicles presented on the Site may be subject to special regulations or even restrictions and/or bans in certain countries.
Article 12: Modification of the EULA
Auto24.ci reserves the right to modify the EULA or to update the Website, without prior notice, at any time. All these modifications are binding on the Users who must consult the present EULA at each connection.
If any term or element of the EULA and the Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms or elements of the EULA remain valid and enforceable in their entirety.
Article 13: Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These EULA are subject to the law applicable in Côte d'Ivoire. In case of disputes relating to the EULA, the Commercial Court of Abidjan will be competent to settle the dispute.

The connection and access to the Website imply full acceptance without reservation by the User of all provisions of these EULA.
